Questions about the site facilities

Is the campsite suitable for families with children?

Yes – we have a playground, plenty of safe space to play, and a calm atmosphere that suits families, couples and seasonal campers alike. Children must be supervised by an adult in the playground and common areas.

What facilities are available on the campsite?

5 free hot showers (including family showers) Toilets in the service building and small sheds Shared guest kitchen Playground with sandpit, slide and playhouse RV / chemical toilet disposal station Electricity hookups on pitches Free WiFi in the reception area Laundry facilities

Do you have fixed pitches?

No. We have flexible placement. You must position your unit (e.g. caravan with awning + one car) considerately so there is room for everyone. Minimum 3 metres between units for fire safety is mandatory.

What types of accommodation do you offer?

47 grassy camping pitches – suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Many are shaded and located by the creek. Electricity available on all pitches. Maximum 8 persons per pitch. Large rustic cabin – sleeps up to 4 guests, with private kitchen, toilet and shower. Cozy Cabin 1 and Cabin 2 – each sleeps up to 4 guests (bunk beds + small double bed). Electricity, TV, stove and kettle. Shared toilets/showers in the service building.

Where is Glamsbjerg Camping located?

We are a small, peaceful campsite at Klaregade 15, Gummerup, 5620 Glamsbjerg on beautiful West Funen (Vestfyn), Denmark. The campsite lies in green surroundings with many pitches by the creek, surrounded by fields and nature.
