Overview
Full payment is required at the time of booking – your booking is only confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations:
More than 8 days before arrival: Full refund
8-3 days before arrival: 50 % refund.
Less than 3 days before arrival: No refund for the first night – the remaining nights will be refunded with 50 % if we can rebook the pitch.
No-show without cancellation: Full payment is charged.

Full terms
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once the full amount has been received. There is no option for deposit or payment on arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellations must always be made in writing by email or through our booking system.
Refunds are calculated from the date we receive your cancellation notice:
More than 8 days before arrival: Full refund
Between 8 and 3 days before arrival: 50 % refund of the total amount.
Less than 3 days before arrival (3 days or fewer): No refund for the first night. The remaining nights will be refunded with 50 %, if we are able to rebook the pitch/cabin.
No-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation): Full payment – no refund will be given.
Changes to the booking
Changes to dates, number of persons or length of stay can be made until 8 days before arrival Changes closer to arrival will only be accepted if we are able to rebook the pitch.
Special circumstances
In case of documented illness (doctor’s certificate) or serious unforeseen events (e.g. death in the immediate family), we will try to be flexible – please contact us as soon as possible.
In case of force majeure (e.g. if the campsite must close due to weather or authority decisions), the full amount will be refunded.
We strongly recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance through your own insurance company or travel insurance for extra security.
Other terms The booking is personal and cannot be transferred to others.
We reserve the right to move you to a similar pitch if necessary for practical or maintenance reasons.
